Project Manager - Night Shift This job opportunity is with an IT Software Company This is a work from home profile and there will be a night shift, and the person has to visit the office as when required JOB DESCRIPTION : Qualification Academic : Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate; however, Engineering Degree would be preferred. Required Skill Set Must have : Preferred: Open-source technologies, e-commerce, web technologies Responsibilities : - Manage each project in accordance with the plans and company process framework. - Efficient resource management and ensuring appropriate human capital utilization at all points of time. - Project management and process training for the team members. - Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality. - Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non- compliance. - Drive corrective measures proactively if non-compliance is observed in the project. - Ensuring customer satisfaction &amp; build ongoing relationships with them and manage their expectations. - Provide strong leadership to the project team members. - Plan team engagement activities &amp; team building initiatives. - Performance appraisals &amp; regular feedback giving for overcome development areas. - Clear communication and flow of information to the team members. Desired Profile of the candidate : - B.Tech/B.E./MCA is preferable but not a restriction. - 3+ yrs of experience in a people management role. - Should be open to Night Shift - Working experience in support projects in a service company is a must. - Experience handling projects using Open source technology would be an added advantage - Strong communication skills, both written and oral. - Problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under a tight work schedule. - Ability to work with little supervision. - Deep understanding of software development methodology. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Timesheet Systems) and office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
