Project Manager
Experience - up to 7 years
Salary - up to 11 LPA
Location- Kolkata
Notice Period: 30 or less
Responsibilities
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- E-Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Delegate project tasks based on resources individual strengths, skillsets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other project members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Working knowledge in Management Tools.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven experience in project management.
- Must have a basic idea of Web Development, Mobile Development and related Technologies.
- Experience as an IT project manager for 2 years.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- You should be a strong networker & relationship builder
