Job Description:
- Application Management & assessing requirement
- Should have experience in application management (preferable in insurance domain ) for 6 to 8 years
- Evaluating and assessing business requirements
- Liasing with Business for understanding and preparing FRS
- Liasing with Vendor/in-house development team
- Project / CR management and timely delivery
- Vendor Management - SLA
- Setting up monitoring for application and underline Infra
- Ensuring application uptime and performance
- Adherence to application security/audit
- Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in the team
- Collaborate with the business team to deliver organization objectives
- Strong problem solving skills, ability, and aptitude for learning new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective time management skills, highly organized and process oriented
