Experience: 8 - 12 years

MUST-HAVES :

- Project management Delivery.

- Budgeting

- Interacting with internal team & Client

- CMP/PMP certificated.

- (Banking) Retail and Digital Domain

Requirement :

- At least 8+ years of experience in the Banking/Fintech industry.

- Handled large project delivery of any of the top Indian international Banks.

- Good understanding of any programming language.

- A solution giver who holds expertise in solving unstructured problems

- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills

- Strong people management and client management experience.

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Job Description :

- Developing analytical and logical solutions into Banking/Fintech Industry.

- Responsible for overall delivery aspects of customer engagement including successful delivery of a portfolio of large projects.

- Deliver the projects in the portfolio within time and agreed quality standards.

- Optimum utilization of resources, building up the high-performance team.

- Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement program to deliver world-class projects within agreed time and quality standards.

- Define and implement the best practices in project management.

- Project planning, monitoring and control.

- Risk Analysis /Risk Management.

- First point of escalation, for any Delivery-related issues.

- Manage and review projects and contracts regularly to ensure delivery is on track within the approved scope or that scope changes are properly handled.

- Establishes the processes to support the engagement, including setting up charge codes, defining the project calendar, and defining deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures.

- Responsible for agreed billable utilization of the team assigned.

- SLA compliance, people management, Client management, Competency development
