Amara Raja Group - Project Manager - IT Automation (10-15 yrs)
1) Own and Drive IOT, SCADA & MES Automation initiatives for all manufacturing areas at Amara Raja Group
2) Support Manufacturing, Leadership in automation and other Initiatives as part of Operations support from IT
3) Partner with Business leads to build Automation Roadmap to prepare Manufacturing Team to leverage existing OT's as well as new Technologies to Improve Productivity and get competitive
4) Drive Multiple Projects for Automation in critical Manufacturing functions
5) Drive automation of Manufacturing Plants including connected Machines by leveraging technologies like MES, IOT, Digital Twin, Cloud and Mobility
6) Drive IT and OT integration to deploy shop floor automation Solutions
7) Leverage New technologies to drive 24- 7 mobility and Increase Productivity
8) Work with Amara Raja IT Leadership to rollout OT initiatives across Manufacturing locations in AR Group
9) Define and Align to IT Standards and Best Practice Security Processes for OT Projects and Support and ensure Compliance
10) Develop relationship with Vendors to drive timely delivery on Projects and support assignments
11) Work with IT Shared Service Organizations to align to IT Standards and leverage support for Corporate Applications and Infrastructure
12) Drive Manufacturing area wide compliance to ISMS Policies and Procedures and other IT Acts as applicable
