Project manager POSITION OBJECTIVE: Project Manager is responsible for driving end to end projects for IT Delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and per requirements. - Manage multiple priority at a time and ensure all are delivered - Ability to drive through cross-functional teams - Continuous monitor progress, risks, issues and promptly resolves issue and escalate as necessary. - Facilitate communication upward and across project teams. - Serves as focal point for other all Airtel international business departments for project status and project information. - Develop, maintain, execute and communicate project documentations, schedule, Risk register, Issue log, action log etc. - Deliver medium to complex projects with multiple business and technical risks that will impact the success of key Airtel International business priorities - Establish new or improve existing program/project delivery methodology to deliver the program/project goals - Can foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process, facilitate discussion and manage project delivery - Aware and evaluate trends and new concepts in program delivery - Can understand a technical architecture to be able to foresee the impact on dependencies, delivery timelines and implementation plans - Have good knowledge of global best practices for project management, both Agile as well as Waterfall methodologies. - Build positive relationships with vendor & external stakeholders to deliver software or professional services, holding them to account on delivery and improvement plans - Knowledge on SAFe will be a plus EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION | WORK EXPERIENCE | SKILLS Educational Qualification: Minimum Requirements - BE/Btech/MCA in Computer Science / Electronics - CAPM/PMP Certification preferred Work Experience: Minimum Work Ex.
