Location : Pune
Salary : Upto Rs 20 LPA
- Must have PMP & AGILE CERTIFICATIONS
- New Product Development/New Product Introduction
- Enable the standard operation procedures for SAP, etc
- Enable the Project Leaders to streamline the disciplined execution strategies in-line with PMI standards & creating best PMO practices across industries.
- Get acquainted with existing processes & refine the same to fit for all projects globally
- Work with different internal & external stakeholders to understand the technical project content and have attention to details on project execution.
- Create and manage processes for the projects, product portfolio and collaborate with senior leadership in the organization.
- Educate new project leaders to get acquainted with Operation System & Processes.
- Drive the steering committee reviews and standardize the operational excellence piece.
Must Have's :
a. Minimum 10+ Years of experience out of which, 7+ yrs experience in core project management - as NPD Leader / Consultant / Project Management Trainer
b. PMP is must
c. Adept with Scrum & Agile Methodologies
d. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
e. Must have worked / experience in global cross-cultural matrix organization
f. Fluent presentation skills and Documentation skills
g. Technical
i. Need to have sound Project Management experience executing NPD/NPI projects
ii. Hands in Microsoft project tools & techniques
