Position: Project Manager

Experience : 10+ years

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore

Skills/Requirement:

- 10+ years of total technical experience with 2 to 3 years as Project Manager in large scale product development team.

- Must have all around technical affinity, must have experience of working with document and communication production applications. Work closely with project.

- Provide technical leadership in design development migration maintenance and support of Internet/Intranet systems and applications using OpenText Exstream/ SmartCOMM.

- Technical experience in installation and configuration of OpenText Exstream/ SmartCOMM.

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc.) communications, integrating OpenText Exstream/ SmartCOMM. with upstream systems.

- Experience in migrating old communication system to OpenText Exstream/ SmartCOMM.

- Must have strong modeling experience with UML, Solid design, coding, testing, and debugging skills, XML, XSD, XSL, XSL-FO, Java Script.

- OpenText Exstream/ SmartCoMM development skills using ATD & Data modeler. Good knowledge of SmartCOMM APIs

- Experience in Troubleshooting/Validation of templates/forms.

- Developing scripts to automate several redundant and time-consuming tasks of migration.

- SmartCOMM configuration using Batch Script directory listener and OP Config for different types of communication channel.

- Good awareness of design and industry best practice for operational documents

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for evaluating clients' business needs and translating functional requirements into technology solutions in their domain of expertise

- Understands current business processes/flows of the customer, and designs and configures modules to develop high quality business solutions

- Works with customers during preliminary installations and testing of developed solutions/products and rectifies potential problems

- Good at configuration, Design, implementation etc using (SmartCOMM / Exstream)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful delivery

- Ability to communicate with all stake holders clearly and professionally

- Experience in effective project plans for multiple projects by defining scope, guiding teams on arriving the estimate and publishing status reports daily

- Proactive management, Identifying & Reporting Risks, and challenges

- Ability to guide team to build knowledge repository

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills

- Provide technical leadership to Dev Team

- WBS creation from User stories

- Organize and execute Perform Sprint seminars.

- Provide high level and detailed design guidelines to development and testing teams

- Code review and ensure application code is developed as per the defined architecture standards

- Sprint acceptance tracking and management

- Responsible for Sprint and Release deployments

- Assist in overall application architecture and solutioning

- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective design, development, validation and support activities.

- Good understanding of the technology and domain.

- Need to be excellent team player.

- Ensure continual knowledge management.

- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
