- Collaborate with the Product Owner for Scope and Priority Definition and demonstrating progress

- Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience who can manage development projects with 5-10 team, talk to customers, track deliverables, prepare and send status reports etc

- Work with the different stakeholders for UI/UX Design, Legal, Process Excellence etc

- Project Management, MS Project, Communication Skills, Team coordination, Customer Relationship

- Lead the team with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience building scalable products using .NET or Java/J2EE or Python

- Run requirements workshops, design sessions, and product demos liaising with the Product, Delivery, and business teams

- Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of projects.

- Provide technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle, including design, implementation, and delivery of scalable services and infrastructure.

- Coach, mentor, and manage software engineers and technical leads depending on the team.

- Manage customer relationships in the account from a delivery perspective and achieve best-in-class satisfaction.

- Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to build high-performing teams, mentoring team members, and ability to attract & retain talent

- Proficient in articulation, communication, and presentation
