Project Manager
- Develop a clear and sustainable process whereby the product can be seamlessly integrated into new customers ways of working, and architecture where required.
- Provide clear feedback to our Tech teams to promote product improvements and product development/diversification to suit specific market needs and target customer persona.
- Work closely with customer teams to provide clarity and technical expertise pre, during and post implementation.
- Work closely with the Technology team to relay product improvement opportunities and prioritizing accordingly.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with Head of Technology Sales (TITLE TBC) to manage customer pipeline effectively.
- Compile a reporting suite and cadence which tracks product performance across the customer base and take appropriate action as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
