Project Manager

Budget Management
- Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures as needed.
- Provide regular financial updates to clients and senior management.
Team Coordination
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among team members.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow within the team.
Vendor and Contractor Management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Timeline Management
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Anticipate and address potential delays or roadblocks in the project timeline.
- Keep clients and team members informed about project progress.
Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets established standards and specifications.
Risk Management
- Monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and take proactive measures to address issues.
Client Communication
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, budget status, and any issues that may arise.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.
Documentation and Reporting
- Generate regular reports on project status, including financial performance, to senior management.
Skills & Requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handling 4 to 5 Project End to End.
- Handling Site supervisor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools.
