- Conceptualizing business cases, management summaries, functional and technical specification documents with an objective of supporting decision making & review by internal key stakeholders and senior management - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Develop comprehensive end to end project plans - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Coordinate &amp; work with resources - internal &amp; vendor - for execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered within success criteria - time, scope, budget, etc - Ensure creation of minutes for meetings and follow up on actions - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Project reporting as needed Qualifications and Experience : PG - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PPT, etc - Insurance Domain Knowledge - Implementation of technology projects - Experience on Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB) is an added advantage - Prior experience in Insurance Industry is a must&nbsp;
