Project Manager - Insurance

Our Client

Our client is a global leading mutual life insurance company. Headquartered in US, the company is looking to hire for the position of Project Manager based in Gurgaon/Chennai. The position will report into the Head of the Group PMO.

Job Description

- Managing various clients/stakeholders and their expectations and relationship with them through effective communication.

- Driving the team and manage the complete project life cycle

- Motivating the teams to achieve the project and business objectives

- Develop the projects as the clients- requirements, evaluate best tools and use those tools to achieve success and promote the appropriate behaviour.

- Communicate and collaborate through the project life cycle, support the development and delivery of project related communication across desired audiences

The Successful Applicant

- BS or BA required, MS or MBA desired

- Preferred: PMP certification, Agile certification

- Desired Lean Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt OR Black Belt

- 10-15 years of related project and program leadership experience

- Hands on experience of large scale process development/improvement initiatives

- Strong knowledge of project management tool: Clarity PPM, Business Case Development, Sourcing, DMAIC/LSS, SDLC, Contract Negotiation

- Strong leadership experience, Multi-tasker, Decision making skills

- Experience leading Agile initiatives

- Motivator, Stakeholder Management, Relationship Management
