Project Manager - Information security ( For a MNC ) The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of low to medium complexity projects domain with multiple work streams or deployments. The projects are specifically related to Information security. The project manager also works very closely with the Technical Architecture, Global Procurement, Vendor management, Market Service Delivery, and Global Operations teams to ensure quality project delivery services are provided by the external service providers. Responsibilities The top accountabilities of the role are - Plans, Organises &amp; Communicates :&nbsp; - Plans the current and future project phases, identifies potential issues in advance, escalating before issues develop. Ensures the team understand what to do in the next phase and is ready for it in advance. Owns end to end project delivery:&nbsp; - Leads the team to deliver against the plan and timelines. Creates integration across team members. Holds project team members to account. Accountable for a programme with rigorous governance:&nbsp; - Establishes at the outset clear &amp; robust governance models and uses that governance to drive decisions &amp; outcomes. Delivers business outcomes:&nbsp; - Ensures everyone is engaged behind the same outcome. Everyone understand the agenda and is clear on what they need to do to deliver against it. Manages Change: Builds credibility with stakeholders by: Presenting facts in a clear way with recommendations and proposals Follows through, does not drop the ball We are looking for -&nbsp; We are looking for an IT professional with a university/college degree with 10+ years of IT experience and very strong, proven technical project management skills with at least 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management role in an outsourcing environment or global CPG organizations. IT Project Management Methodology (Prince II) practitioner or equivalent PMP along with a certification in ITIL v3 Foundation is a must.&nbsp; - Should be a clear communicator and possess strong stakeholder management capability. Business change implementation, planning and management experience of working in Global companies is strongly preferred. Financial management ability required for large-scale technical projects. Should be willing to work in Bangalore evening hours (EMEA Shift)
