Project Manager - Infor M3 Implementation (10-20 yrs)
Period of engagement :- 14 months.
Responsibilities:-
- To define Project Plans along with implementation partner.
- To drive implementation in India along with Business Project Manager and Implementation Partner's PM
- To make sure that each phase is successfully completed on time and in budget.
- Track and Manage Project Timelines and Budgets.
- Conduct Stakeholder reviews.
- Manage and monitor project Governance.
- Conduct Steering Committee Meetings
- Conduct Module reviews for completion of task.
- Escalate issues with Implementation partner leadership and Company's Leaderships.
- Involve SMEs from Organisation, if any gaps or confusions are noticed.
- Resolve Cross-functional conflicts and issues
- Work closely with Change Manager to deploy change management initiatives.
- Plan and Coordinate Training programs.
- Manage Organization communication on project updates.
- Manage communication related to governance.
Experience and Skills:
- Managed 2 /3 ERP implementations (Preferably InforM3 and/or SAAS based ERP) as a Project Manager
- Experience to work on ERP implementation for Multiple sites - in Big bang mode
- Experience of Manufacturing company implementation.
- Based in Mumbai.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to navigate through organization
- Result oriented.
- Motivator of team.
- Experience of managing and partnering with implementation partner teams.
