Job Description :
- Assessing requirements received from functional stakeholders and documenting the same.
- Project Scoping (Agree on start point and end point and dimensions).
- Define Project objectives, business improvements and capabilities to be achieved at the end of the project.
- Work with IT for FPN Preparation and follow up.
- Work closely with the HR Technology Implementation lead to clearly define roles and responsibilities to achieve timely decision-making and work with the HR Technology - Implementation Lead in assigning resources with the right skills and decision making authority as well as provision of all necessary project infrastructures (e.g. hardware, software, access).
- Overall Project development and IT governance.
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : MBA/BE/ MSc/B Tech or BSc IT.
- Years of experience : 5-8 years of experience
- Technical domain understanding of HR / Banking Applications.
- System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and related skills i.e. Analytical, Documentation, Communication.
- Knowledge of HR platforms like Oracle or SAP will be added advantage.
- Adept at using Microsoft Project.
