Position : Project Manager, Transformation Project

Location : United Arab Emirates

Sector : Government (preferably Healthcare)

This is a 6-month contract, extendable, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. and reports to senior management and Key Stakeholders within the Government entity.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a transformation project in a government entity in the UAE. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in brainstorming, implementing best practices, managing KPIs, reporting, and presenting to senior stakeholders and boards, akin to an EPMO managing multiple initiatives. Candidates with a background in healthcare and experience in Agile Methodology will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

- Brainstorm and implement best practices in alignment with the project's goals.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan using Agile Methodology.

Managing Multiple Initiatives:

- Oversee multiple initiatives within the transformation project, ensuring alignment with the government entities' objectives and standards.

- Coordinate various teams and departments to achieve project milestones.

KPI Management and Reporting:

- Define, track, and manage KPIs to measure project success.

- Generate regular reports and updates for higher management and key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement and Presentation:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and board members.

- Present project updates, findings, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders and boards.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a collaborative and Agile environment.

- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless execution of the project.

Compliance and Regulatory Alignment:

- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards within the UAE, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in healthcare and government projects.

- Proficiency in Agile Methodology is a must.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

- Adept in using project management tools and software.

Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
