The selected candidates will be getting the unique opportunity to be part of the early-stage team at AyurVAID and will have the first mover advantage of driving growth in a hitherto untapped market of organised play in Ayurveda sector. As part of this, we are looking for smart, young individuals to join as Program Managers. The person will be responsible for managing cross-functional growth programs under the guidance of CEO and COO. The person gets an interesting opportunity to understand growth opportunities in Ayurveda space and have an inside view on the overall functioning of the organization. In addition, the role will also enable the individual to seamlessly move into a leadership role with us, as we expand and scale up the growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Define strategic projects in-line with our overall growth vision (e.g., franchisee model) - Objective, KRA's, milestones, investment required, key team members - Work with cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) in piloting the programs and establishing success - Based on pilot, develop a full-fledged business plan for the initiative and get sign-off from Board/ Senior Leadership - At any time, the individual is expected to lead 2-3 projects of strategic importance Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from top universities in the country; plus MBA. - 2-3 years of experience in Management Consulting with top tier organizations - Result oriented, analytically strong individual - Expertise in problem solving under ambiguous scenarios, working with cross-functional teams - Good communication and stakeholder management skills We are also open to analysts with leading consulting organizations, who are looking for 18-24 months corporate exposure before applying for MBA in India/ abroad.
