Project Manager - Green Field - Plant

- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer from a reputed engineering institute

- Additionally an MBA qualification would be desirable

- Should ideally have experience as Factory Manager with an exposure to Green Field capital projects

- Experience in a continuous food process industry is desirable

- The Projects Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all project work of The Company as well as any additional / new projects that may be taken up by the promoter group. 

Areas of responsibility shall include:

- Leading the Project planning and implementation of projects

- Conceptualizing projects scope, goals, and deliverables,

- Defining the projects tasks and managing resource requirements,

- Planning and scheduling project timelines

- Managing project budget/costing,

- Tracking project deliverables to ensure quality and timeline,

- Providing direction and support to project team,

- Selecting and appointing consultants, vendors and contractors,

- Finalization of Plant and machinery for production

- Interacting with foreign / Indian suppliers for all technical details / engineering
