The Role:

- Program Management at the company is a complex function that blends capability, coordination and communication in equal measure. It combines the strategic with the operational from providing guidance to organizing and coordinating multiple programs to achieve delivery goals.

- You will also work closely with the clients' senior management to map needs, identify gaps and translate them into deliverables for internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis. The role is key to delivering on commitments and enhancing outcomes from client relationships.

Key aspects of the role include :

- Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects

- Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives

- Coordinating cross-project activities for a global client base

- Assuming responsibility for the program's people and vendors

- Assessing program performance to maximize ROI

- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients as committed

- Identify and resolve operational and services related issues to ensure customer satisfaction

- Facilitate meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with clients and management throughout the business project development and implementation stages.

- Prepare reports for program directors

- Work with business team in contract renewals, extensions, and scope change activities.

Your Profile :

- 8-12 years in client facing role, delivering complex projects for international clients, preferably with the Big 4 or equivalent organizations

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- PMP/PRINCE2 practitioner qualification will be an added advantage

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and mitigating project risks and issues

- Excellent communication skills across top management, stakeholders and vendors
