Salary package : Around 20 lacs Per Annum

We currently work with almost all the Banks, NBFCs and Fin Techs in India in some of these verticals. We are also expanding to other geographies and growing at an immense rate.

We are looking for technology experts who can drive one or more of these products.

We have multiple positions at different levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities : 

- Design and communicate requirements related to project planning, architecture, design, implementation, sizing, tuning and scalability.

- Lead engineering activities to make sure that consistent high-quality products are developed.

- Proactively diagnose problems and envisage long term architecture/design of the product focussing on reusable, extensible components.

- Ensure agile delivery processes.

- Communicate and facilitate solutions, support, product management and business teams with required product knowledge.

- Build best-practices in the engineering team.

- Manage and guide the Engineering team.

- Track issues and interact with internal and external consumers to resolve them.

- Role will require 60% management and 40% technical activities.

Requirements: 

- Must have an overall experience of 8-12 years, depending on the position, with at least 3 years of lead or management experience.

- Must have technical background.

- Passionate about best practices.

- Must have experience in handling product teams of varied experience levels.

- Must have experience in handling customers and their issues.

- Must have knowledge of Java and related technologies.

- Must have working knowledge of databases.

- Must be passionate about good design and must have proven track record of building high quality code.

- Must have experience driving a team towards end-to-end product development.

- Must have a wide breadth of technical knowledge.

- Must have knowledge of build and test frameworks.

- Knowledge of data analytics tools a big plus
