Roles & Responsibilities: - - Preparing Dairy/Agri Project Proposals, Business Plans, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), Rollout Plans - Work closely with the Offering Manager and functional representatives to manage risks and challenges to ensure that scope, schedule, and budget commitments are met. - Establishing Partnership (Agreements with clearly defined roles and terms) with funding agencies - Assisting in techno-commercial evaluation and feasibility of new business initiatives & special projects - Sourcing relevant market information on Market Size, Scope and Business Potential of Agri business - Project Review, Monitoring, and Evaluation in coordination with various Companies - Being a bridge for smooth communication between the top management and GMs - Demonstrating leadership to maintain highest level of confidentiality, maturity and trust - Create and review dashboards for key performance indicators for the whole organization - Support the MD in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities - Analysis of Physical and Financial performance of various projects running across country - Assisting the MD in setting up of KRA and KPIs of all the department heads and ensuring timely review
