Role & Responsibilities:
- Project management of tally customization
- Review of utilization of features available in the base version of tally
- Gathering list of requirements from various stakeholders
- Identification of customizations required based on the needs of various business departments
- Preparation of the road map for the project
- Assessment of suitability of tally for the organization in the long run.
- Evaluation and selection of external tally consultant for the implementation
- Preparation of detailed activity tracker along with role and responsibilities for various team members
- Timely follow up with various team members and tally consultant
- Timely status update to the various stakeholders
- Implementation of customizations
- Analyzing tally knowledge of the existing staff
- Planning and implementation of the training for the staff
- Knowledge on GST features in tally, linking with Government portals.
- Knowledge on TDS returns, rates of TDS, filing through tally
- Knowledge of preparation of various report from tally
- Knowledge of MS office (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)
Minimum required qualifications :
- MBA in finance / IT or Chartered Accountant
- Technical and working knowledge of various ERPs such as Tally, Oracle, SAP, Navision, Quickbooks etc
