Project Manager/Engineering Manager - IT Startup

Job Description :

- Managing the development life cycle of systems from planning to deployment to post-launch.

- Hands on exposure of working in product development while leading team of Developers.

- Own scoping, project delivery and stakeholder communication for multiple projects.

- Strong partnership with leadership teams across Product/Marketing/Digital/Business teams to gather the requirements.

- Responsible for successful timely delivery of projects/products.

- Provide thought leadership and innovation within and across projects while leading team.

- Develop and implement specific frameworks and processes for smooth execution.

- Good understanding of SDLC and project management process.

- Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business impact

- Coordinating activities across teams such as business development and engineering for timely releases

- Owning client relationships and managing client expectations

- Identifying new processes for automation to be shared with business development managers

- Project managing timelines, deadlines, feature sets, and releases.

Requirements :

1. BTech/MTech/MCA/BCA with strong .

2. 6+ years of exposure in building/creating B2C/B2B products and managing the independent Project deliveries.

3. Exposure of Working in Startups

4. Exposure to Java as Technology base while building products

5. Shall have lead team of 4-10 team members in the past and working in matrix/complex structure.

6. Ability to drive timelines with CXO/Product Leaders/Business leaders.
