Experience Summary -

- Experience in PMO roles, tracking progress and ensuring flawless execution on plans.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Experience dealing with financial data

- Experience managing projects in delivery roles

- Overall understanding of various delivery models, Agile, SDLC etc.

- Experience building teams, training, and upskilling etc.

Role Expectations -

- Help streamline resource forecast, talent acquisition process, and track open requirements at both onsite in Europe and Offshore and liaise with recruitment teams, vertical and horizontal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and closure. Keep a track of visa processing, deputations etc. Basically, get into the details & remove roadblocks.

- Run special sales initiatives, follow up, and coordinate between Sales and Delivery to ensure timely completion of sales pitches, tracking to C4C entries and closure.

- Health check on projects, ensure delivery issues/client escalations are properly tracked and closed.

- Proactively ensure that POs and SOWs are in place.

- Track Large Deal closure to revenue realization.
