Job Description :
- Technical Comparison and Bid Evaluation.
- Preparation of BOQ/MTO.
- Procurement of Electrical & Instrumentation materials.
- Preparation of Monthly RA Bills.
- Site coordination for the daily progress reports, labor reports, material reconciliation statements & monitoring
- Factory Inspections for the Electrical Equipments along with Client & Third-party inspector.
- Price Negotiation with Suppliers & Sub contractors representatives, Vendor registration, follow-up for releasing Purchase order by Purchase team & Delivery tracking.
- Follow up with design team for Submission & Approval of Design, Drawing, Particular Technical Specifications & Scope statement for the new packages and Change Orders.
- Procurement activities related Co-ordination with Suppliers, Site team.
