Purpose of the Job :

- As a Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

- You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities :

The key activities involve (but are not limited to) :

- Conceptualize, implement and end to end project delivery for large scale programs

- Aligning and coordinating with different functions such as content, product, operations, sales, and partners

- Regular collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning

- Managing the overall health of the project

- Reporting to the leadership team on project progress and outcomes

- Defining delivery processes and ensuring the follow-through

- Ability to pre-empt and flag risks

- Evaluating the performance of the project

Role Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced Excel capabilities are required. Project Management tools experience is preferred

- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Email Writing)

- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting within the department as well as with other departments, partners & providers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
