Required Skill Set Must have:- - Strong knowledge of executing DW/ETL projects Preferred: Open-source technologies,e-commerce, web technologies Relevant Industry/Domain - IT Software Services Job Description / Responsibilities : - Technically hands-on. - Excellent understanding of DW/ETL processes - Hands-on past exposure to ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, etc - Project planning &amp; estimation in line with customer expectations, end-to-end client engagement. - Project issue and risk management. - Manage each project in accordance with the plans and company and process framework. - Report on project progress against plan, including effort, schedule, milestones, issues, and risks. - Efficient resource management and ensuring appropriate human capital utilization at all points of time. - Project management and process training for the team members. - Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality. - Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non compliance. - Drive corrective measures proactively if non-compliance is observed in the project. - Ensuring customer satisfaction &amp; build ongoing relationships with them and manage their expectations. - Closely work with internal stakeholders including sales, account management to maximize the further project opportunities for the existing customers. - Follow change management process if changes are required to the project scope, timeline, resources, or budget. - Knowledge sharing and promoting the implementation of best practices across projects. - Initiate and follow a counter-measure process if the project becomes off-track. - Manage the collaboration portal and performance metrics management dashboards. - Provide strong leadership to the project team members. - Technical &amp; behavioral skill development of the team members. - Plan team engagement activities &amp; team building initiatives. - Career guidance to the team members. - Performance appraisals &amp; regular feedback giving for overcome development areas. - Clear communication and flow of information to the team members. Desired Profile of the candidate: - B.Tech/B.E./MCA is preferable but not a restriction. - 3+ yrs of experience in a project management role. - Working experience in a service Company setup and DW/ETL based projects. - Experience handling projects using Open source technology would be an added advantage - Strong communication skills, both written and oral. - Problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under a tight work schedule. - Ability to work with little supervision. - Deep understanding of software development methodology. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Timesheet Systems) and office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Demonstrated experience of a hands-on approach. - The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
