Project Manager - Digital Transformation - Banking Domain

Domain :

Global banking (preferred), Commercial banking, Investment banking - Business transformation experience of global/ commercial/ Change management.

BFSI (mandatory). Digital Transformation Project management experience is must

- Extensive program/ project planning and execution skills in managing large and complex change and transformation programs/projects

- Business Case Development - Business case preparation, socialize with stakeholders, obtain approvals and seek budget. Proven project and modelling skills, to represent information in forms that enhance decision making and communications.

- Stakeholder Management - Stakeholder Management with global mindset. Decision making, influencing, challenging ability

- Managing weekly and monthly Governance - Influencing project decisions, Tracking & Reporting progress. Ability to develop effective governance frameworks

- Benefits tracking & realization - Sound understanding and experience of how design enablers underpin business benefits

- Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners teams - change delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes

- Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills - Effective & Impactful communication along with coordination amongst globally distributed teams

- Achieving excellence through end Customer focus, effective delivery and innovational thinking

- Problem-solving and Critical Thinking - Consulting approach towards engagement and challenges. Ability to handle exceptional program scenarios in best possible approach. Strong academic record coupled to good problem solving skills and analytical mind-set very advantageous

- Leadership approach towards program/ project management

- Team leadership & People management with rich experience of managing small transformation teams of senior transformation PM/BA resources

- Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery & Program life cycle 

- Thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery, Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.

- Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers and other stakeholders

- Experience of working on PM tools like MS project, Clarity or any other
