Position:- Project Manager Digital Office

Responsibilities:

- To develop metrics, communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the project team, conduct regular status meetings to review project activities, and communicate timely updates to management.

- Responsible for managing scope changes (i.e. Change Management) and project acceptance procedures.

- To work closely with other members of the department and business to understand complex problems, translate into clear and understandable requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

- The cross-functional and cross-product nature of the job requires the incumbent to see across the traditional silos in this business so that benefits can be realized from front to back.

- The role will also require keeping projects on-track and providing transparency.

- To demonstrate significant experience in project/program management and be flexible with respect to project management methodologies.

- Negotiating and prioritizing individual development pieces, continuous improvement, ad-hoc analysis work and project management tasks are also required.

Required Qualifications:

- University Degree (Any Discipline)

- Experience in the IT industry & be able to demonstrate significant experience in Project Management and be flexible to a number of different methodologies

- Experience in project management, with exposure to large front office systems.

- PMP or Prince Certification

- Involvement in the full project lifecycle

- Involvement in Agile development projects.

- Project Management Methodologies

- Software Development Methodologies

- Change Management Experience

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Good communicator with peers, managers, and business users

- Ability to take ownership of issues and follow to resolution; delivery-focused

- Ability to work individually, in a team and across teams

- Sensitivity to control

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Tolerance for change

- Good understanding of the importance of good software development practices
