Project Manager - Data Management & Governance - Big4 (3-8 yrs)
Project Manager - Data Management & Governance
Location- Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai
Experience- 3 to 8 years
Must have:
- Previous experience working within Wholesale Banking or Asset Management, preferably with a data function experience of Data Management implementation experience; end-end data lifecycle management.
- SME knowledge with Data Governance core pillars; Data Quality and Metadata Management. experience of Data Management implementation experience; end-end data lifecycle management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise change management; Data Stewardship capability roadmap implementation by closely working with Business stewards
- Provide an overarching framework for delivery of data stewardship with consistent tool sets and delivery approach for the Business stewards
- Define overall deliverables for the data steward workstream and provide project updates on a consistent basis to Stakeholders and GDO senior management.
- Provide Programme Management Support across the GDO book of work, ensuring strategic alignment of the programmes
- Enable Agile team delivery - define Product Epic, Story and features, work with Product team to track, manage and deliver product features
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards for project executive.
- Measure project performance to identify areas of improvements
- Exposure to Cloud Data Governance will be added plus.
- Ability to lead complex programs; stakeholder management at global scale, collaborate at all levels of a global organization
- Preferred experience in Financial Services and other consumer centric business
