Role: Project Manager cum Business Analyst
Years of Experience: 10 -15 years
Job description: Leading project implementations of various systems, mostly Finance
- Own the project delivery
- Liaison with stakeholders to understand project requirements & deliverables
- Plan, manage and tracks results of the project
- Conducts regular project reviews, including stakeholder reviews to ensure timelines, costs, quality of delivery are met.
- Expands the customer relationship beyond the existing project
- Communicate with the business for requirement collection and defining acceptance criteria
- Analytical review of the requirements for decision making
- Address requirements related issues and inquiries in a timely manner
- Finance knowledge Experience in using business analysis processes, approach, and tools
- Communicate with tech team the requirements for development and testing
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ensure all required documentation is maintained
- Leverage the best practices of business analysis and finance processes
Pre- requisite skills, knowledge & experience
- Experience of 10 -15 years
- Experience in project management of software product implementation
- Experience in working directly with customers
- Experience of working in a matrix environment
- Experienced with using different project management tools - e.g. MS Project, Jira, Kanban
- A PMP or Agile certification is preferred
- Highly collaborative with peers
- Very good communication skills
- Familiarity with Finance processes
