Job Description :

- We are looking for Project Manager to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously. This role will be responsible for providing weekly project status to the client, as well as managing scope, budget, deliverables, tasks, etc.

- This individual will be based out of Mumbai and should be willing to travel extensively and often for extended periods within India and other countries.

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager include :

- Ensuring that the project they own are executed following the Project Delivery Process

- Oversees the activities of project teams to deliver timely solutions that are aligned with the organization's strategy.

- Manages issues and risks associated with packaged application customization and implementation; proactively drives solutions

- Project Reporting, internal/external training, communications, knowledge repository, and publications.

- Provides guidance to the team throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintains oversight and accountability for project performance.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Hands on implementation experience of multiple CRM projects in platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other established CRM platforms preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in project management principles

- Proven ability to work within a team environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to frequent change

- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources

- Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions

- Proficient in MS Project and other such tools.

- Expert-level interpersonal, relationship building, and customer service orientation

- Expert-level ability to communicate (oral and written) at all of the organization, including C-Level executives

- Minimum of 10 years- experience managing large cross-functional IT projects as a Delivery Manager/Project Manager/Consultant

- Minimum of 5 years- experience CRM / ERP implementations
