Project Manager - CRM - Digital Operations - BFS (3-5 yrs)
Project Planning :
- Conceptualizing business cases, management summaries, functional and technical specification documents with an objective of supporting decision making & review by internal key stakeholders and senior management
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a comprehensive end to end project plans
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Project Execution, Tracking, & Reporting :
- Coordinate & work with resources - internal & vendor - for execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered within success criteria - time, scope, budget, etc
- Ensure creation of minutes for meetings and follow up on actions
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Project reporting as needed
Project Management, Communication & Documentation :
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, costs, etc basis governance structure
- Manage stakeholder expectation
- Manage conflicts and drive towards a common goal
- Ensure Management reporting through governance models - Updates, escalations, etc
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Maintain a repository of all documentations - Decks, MOMs, Decisions, Emails, etc
Project Risk :
- Perform risk management to identify project risks
- Establish mitigation plans for identified risks
- Maintain project risk register
Skills Required :
Technical :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PPT, etc
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Implementation of technology projects
- Experience on Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB) is an added advantage
