We are hiring leadership position for Payment bank.

Implementation Head, Core Banking/Service Delivery Director

Role : Implementation Head, Core banking/ Service Delivery Director

Responsibility :

- Manage implementation / program manager

- Understanding bank's problem ( thus domain and speaking the customer language is key.

- Manage vendor relationship

- Oversee all ongoing implementation, issue and solution

- Hands on Core banking implementation exp in diff geography

- Take all project to successful closure.

Background :

- Very strong Banking domain

- Strong knowledge of banking functions

- Good technology knowledge

- Very strong leadership skills

- Either strong Product development or implementation experience

- Techno functional business oriented

- Core banking, like Flexcube, Finacle, Temenos exp

- Flair for vision for product, competitor's

Salary offered - 16-22 LPA
