Yrs. of experience- 12 yrs + Shift- UK Shift (2 pm -11 pm) - Around 4-5 years in Business Excellence/project management roles with proven track record for transformation projects - Self-starter worked and managed projects life cycle and managed team. - Manage and execute high impact business processes improvements across the lifecycle. - Manage entire project life cycle/set up processes across globe. Desired skill sets : - Strong Program Management/Change Management skills. - Process Improvement and transformation - Work experience as Quality consultants will be an added advantage. - Capability to train and conduct workshops in Business Excellence. - Ability to identify process re-engineering requirements against end-to-end service provisioning. - Customer facing and interaction abilities. Desired qualifications (including certifications) : - Graduate/Post Graduate - Diploma or Masters in Business Administration or any Post-graduation will be an added advantage. - Lean six sigma Black Belt certified or equivalent
