Project Manager boAt Location: Andheri East, Mumbai We are looking for a self-starter, change agent, and exceptional problem solver with a demonstrated track record of leading large, cross-functional projects. You- ll participate in strategic planning and drive the delivery of our most important priorities across internal and external stakeholders. As a member of this function, you- ll help develop processes and best practices, ultimately setting the bar for how we operate as a company. Responsibilities : - Structure and lead complex cross-functional projects for boAt and coordinate inter and cross-company initiatives - Work closely with multiple stakeholders and members of product, engineering, operations, marketing, legal, (among others) to optimize processes and ensure delivery of projects on time and within. - Someone that has good understanding of Quality Process, Bug management, Quality metrics etc - Work closely with Indian and overseas manufacturers on Electronics product production, schedule, Quality and Release management - Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly in order to problem solve and drive decision-making effectively - Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project's objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members - Examine project risks, contingency plans and trigger event for initiating mitigating action - Assist within intake reviews on projects to determine resource requirements - Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken to reassess and work with the project manager to amend the scope of work requirement, budget, and timeline - Report activities that include timely submissions of weekly status reports, portfolio dashboard, and management committee materials, included quality reviews - Supervise project issue management, and ongoing management routines as appropriate - Develop strong working relationship with cross-functional management and team members - Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables; mentor others in project management practices; review quality of work and manage integration of team members- work - Assist with implementation of standards, processes, and support services for all projects Skills Required : - 5+ years of project management experience.
