Job Responsibilities
1) Supporting senior management in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination.
2) Lead special projects through the office of the President - Providing industry insights and perspectives that feature in business development pitch, proposals and finally the deliverables to the client.
3) Coordinate with the global/parent organisation in implementing various initiatives
4) Focusing on strategic planning assignments like new business model development, licensing strategies, new product development feasibility assessment, TA attractiveness assessment, competition assessment etc.
5) Design reports MIS Reports & Presentations as per business requirements
6) Monitoring progress on Projects & Initiatives
7) Evaluate feasibility of new business projects
Role reports to: President & CEO – India
Location: Corporate office, Mumbai
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: MBA (from a premier B-School)/B.E (preferred)
Experience: 2-5 years
Knowledge and Skills: Finance, Strong Analytics, Multitasking, People management, MS office, Planning, understanding of processes & technology, Good Communication skills
Leadership/ Managerial Attributes: Requires following-up with senior management, Self-starter, Ability to work independently without much of supervision
