Senior Supply Chain Manager - Consulting Firm - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- An engineering degree from a top college (IIT/NITs) and/ or an MBA from a Tier-1 B School

- 6-10 years of experience preferably in Supply Chain Consulting / Project Management / Logistics / Mfg. Operations

- Lead a team for the delivery of consulting engagements with top clients across diverse industries - FMCG, F&B, 3PL/ Logistics, Apparel, E-Commerce, Retail, Chemicals, Automotive, High Tech Manufacturing - in various functional areas of supply chain/operations like Material Flow Design/ Re-Engineering, Logistics, Network Design, Inventory Management, IT Tools, S&OP and Supply Chain Strategy

- Conceptualize and implement the solutions for clients and manage the team to achieve the results

- Interact extensively with client team for project management, stakeholder management, data collection, solutions development / discussion, invoicing and payment

- Prepare solution decks and present to the client in the meetings during various phases of the projects

- Responsible for the quality of deliverable through proactively arrange review of the solution by the Project Review Team (Director / Subject Matter Experts)

- Actively participate in the business development to achieve the sales target assigned (Project sales target)

- Responsible for the career growth and mentoring of the reportees assigned

- Update and ensure quality of documentation at the end of every project

- Drive standardization in project delivery through creation and updating of tools/databases

- Contribute to publishing articles and developing research reports

- Work with the best minds in Supply Chain Consulting

- Implement and not just ideate solutions

- Present directly to CXOs

- Gain exposure to cutting edge concepts in 'Supply Chain Engineering from the pioneers of the concept themselves through training and site visits in Germany

- Travel extensively in India/ abroad and visit logistics/manufacturing facilities of top companies
