Project Manager - Construction Firm

Project Execution :

- Responsible of Project implementation as per Project schedule, quality and cost.

- Develop project execution plan, resource plan & ensure project meets the required objective.

- Responsibility of getting all necessary Permits/statutory approvals related to Project from respective authority.

- Preparation of project MIS, resource planning and requirements.

- To serve as a co-ordinator among different project team and stake holders. Being cluster head, he/she has to ensure different location are performing as per project requirement.

- Responsible for all activities related to project either civil /Mechanical/Electrical with coordination of Project Managers, Site Engineers and DTH & TH.

- Work with management & project team in the development of work breakdown structure for progress measurement scheduling cost estimating and Project control.

- Track monitor & forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as capital goods, engineering documents, fabrication status, inspection status and construction of all packages.

- Where necessary support the Project team with review and analysis of program to assist with resolution of claims and change orders.

- Ability to manage authorities, local circumstances.

- Knowledge of Grain storage silo, Material handling equipment & other plant equipment is desirable.

- Possess good exposure in Manpower management.

Operation & Maintenance

- Preparing and implementing preventive / predictive / breakdown maintenance schedule; conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps and take corrective measures. Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance.

- Analysing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.

- Resource Planning and optimization in the plant, ensuring all the safety and quality norms are followed during Storage.

- Generation of MIS for Silo Complex which is operated in PLC Mode.

- Responsible for managing SVOH (Electricity, Manpower, Fuel etc.) within the budget.

- Accountable for Input & Output process loss optimization.

- Resource planning for schedule fumigation & aeration/cooling based on requirements
