Job Description :

- This person would be based in Coimbatore. He would be more of a operations head/project co ordinator. At present he will be responsible for both ongoing Coimbatore project and upcoming Chennai project.

- Core skills required being: execution, coordination with stake holders and most importantly work as cost centre head.

- The candidate should have worked on projects in real estate /Malls /Office compleess and SEZ Construction. A hands on tough leader with respect for deadlines .

- A Civil engineer with ability to forge relationships with different stakeholders get the buy and ensure qauity and timely delivery of projects

- Should have also dealt with Govt departments and decent understandng of relevant regulations.

- He will also participate in expansion exercise in Southern region. This position will respond to me.

Qualification : BE (Civil)

Experience : 10-12 years mostly in commercial and IT buildings. Having worked with A grade developers.
