Project Manager - Commercial - Real Estate

Our team at Thrivibe is looking for an project manager/Assistant Project Manager for one of our clients based in Mumbai.

It is desirable that the candidate has a minimum of six to fifteen years of experience in fit-out, project management, and stakeholder management at the internal and external levels.

Job Description :

Principal Role :

1.1.1 Establish and manage systems and procedures to meet all project objectives

1.1.2 Manage key Corporate Services project processes, with particular emphasis on;

(a) Client interface and approvals

(b) Value and risk management

(c) Specialist consultant selection and fee management (when required)

(d) Oversight on all aspects of cost management of the project

(e) Formulating and implementing procurement strategy along with GPSCM team

(f) Monitoring the activities and performance of all other consultants / participants

(g) Ensure full documented close-out of the project through project manager.
