Project Manager - Commercial Interior Outfit - Building Material Firm

1) Exposure in identifying areas of obstruction, adept in applying ideas to the areas of bottleneck removal.

2) Preparing schedule by using MS Project as per the contract and evaluate the progress of project in line with the schedule and budget.

3) Detailed specification, BOQ, tendering, negotiation, bid evaluation, contract documentation, contract administration, rate analysis of extra and deviated items and hourly use rate of equipments, reconciliation of materials, work done reconciliation & other documents for MIS, checking the M.B of subcontractors, sub-contractor bill reconciliation, Quantification of acceleration measures taken and submitted to client for extra billing, preparing documents for internal & external audit.

3) Coordination with all departments involve in project for smooth execution of project.

4) Preparation of all pending/critical issue to discuss the same with higher management in coordination meeting weekly.

5) Exhibit strong Project Management skills including project scheduling, planning resources required for site execution w.r.t execution drawings, site condition and agreed schedule as well as project monitoring coupled with structured inputs for optimal resource utilization, materials management, site management, contractor management & administration, cost rationalization and continuous improvement.
