We are currently assisting a Premier Services Organization, (3rd party) providing a variety of Technology & Operational support to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, to staff various position(s) in the area of BUSINESS CHANGE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (of the CHANGE). This is a role based out of Bengaluru (& may extend to other locations, as appropriate). The team is currently being instituted to deliver Business Critical Support to the Client's CHANGE & TRANSFORMATION agenda.

Role : Project Managers

Experience : 8-15 Years

Industry : Operations / Banking

Specialization : Change Management & Transformation

Location : Bengaluru (may consider other locations for exceptional candidates)

Requirements for all candidates:

- Bangalore based

- Business change skills (not IT) - see below

- Exceptional English language capability (advanced written and verbal, ability to summarise and present simply)

- Retail banking, wealth management or commercial banking industry experience (not IB/Insurance or other industries)

- Personal characteristics including:

a) Decisiveness

b) Problem solving/solution orientation

c) Drive/positivity/resilience

d) Listening/relationship building

e) Team working/collaboration

f) Working at pace

g) Quality/attention to detail

- Minimum bachelor's degree educated

- Relevant programme experience (digital, compliance and regulatory, process reengineering, core banking)

Role Definition:

- Project managers will manage the on-time, on-schedule and to-budget delivery of projects and programme workstreams to achieve their desired outcomes and benefits.

- Qualifications such as PMP and PRINCE 2 are relevant, but not essential. Experience using Clarity PPM tool is relevant, but not essential.

- Project managers will normally independently lead projects or larger programme workstreams. Junior project managers will typically run smaller workstreams or support project management.

- Managing business change projects and programme workstreams

- Planning

- Plan development

- Plan management

- Resource estimation and management

- Budget estimation and management

- Team management - including global teams

- Stakeholder management

- Managing scope and change control

- Managing implementation, business readiness, pilot and release management

- Anticipating and mitigating risks

- Taking ownership of critical issues through to resolution

- Managing dependencies on other programmes and the external environment

- Reporting project or programme workstream status

- Managing readiness for and decisions at stage tollgates

- Facilitation of Steering Committee meetings and decisions
