Job Title : Project Manager - Business Transformation (Corporate & Wholesale Banking) Transformation

Reporting To Head - Transformation : Wholesale Banking
Position Purpose :
Candidate in this role will be required to interact with cross functional stakeholders of corporate & wholesale banking units in operations, product & business verticals & drive high impact initiatives.
Position Responsibilities :
- Manage large scale business transformation projects/initiatives in bank's wholesale & corporate banking units
- Identify opportunities for improvement & implement the same using suitable process reengineering techniques
- Use LEAN / Six Sigma methodologies & drive quality oriented culture within bank
- Use digitization / automation tools & revamp critical customer journeys to deliver superior customer experience
- Conduct in depth data analysis & prepare business case with keen eye on ROI
- Liaison with multiple support units of bank like Risk, Compliance, Technology, Product, Business, Legal etc to archive end objectives of projects
- Manage senior management expectations & ensure continual engagement via periodic reviews/updates
- Connect dots to form bigger picture & ensure holistic delivery of solutions
- Manage projects end to end & ensure timely delivery of proposed solution
Qualifications and Experience Requirement :
Qualifications :
Essential : BE/CA/MCA/Graduate + MBA (tier 1/2 institutes preferred) - Consulting experience will be added advantage
