Project Manager/Business Analyst - IT (3-6 yrs)
Project Manager/Business Analyst - CRM Next with a Leading Bank
- Person will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.
- Will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
- As a project manager, will lead a number of key projects for the business unit.
- As a business analyst, will be the functional expert on the specified application(s).He/she will be the sole point of contact between the business unit and Information Technology's Team
- Business Analysis for change management
- Project Management
- Design of standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Co-ordination with vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure end to end delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in BFSI or consulting space.
- Past experience of implantation of CRM platforms would be preferred
- Proven ability to bridge technology and business goal to provide productive solutions to the required stake holders.
- Capability to re-engineer and redefine processes
- Experienced in interfacing with key business units including Product, Operations, Vendor Management and Technology Research
- Excellent communicator with emphasis on building strong relationships of IT and Operations personnel.
- Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to emerging technologies.
