Project Manager
- Minimum 4 years' experience in project management
- Minimum 2 years in managing Agile projects using industry standard agile tools & continuous integration
- Domain experience of minimum 3 years in end-user loans & servicing of loans in either QA/BA/QA/BA/another role
- Superior organizing skills along with time management
- Experience of large project management using MS Project or other tools, capturing dependencies, communicating with external stakeholders
- Must have superior communication skills & demonstrated ability to effectively use collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams etc. for optimum execution & control
- This job role is responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts, project managers & QAs with domain expertise
- This job role is responsible for overall project management of the reporting manager's projects
- This job role requires the incumbent to provide weekly/monthly reports on the project on progress/risk assessment of completing the project on time/scope and quality
- This job also involves a supervisor role to the Business requirements documented by BA and ensure that BA work is on schedule and meets the quality expectations of stakeholders
- The job role requires close interaction with other developers and BA for understanding the end-user requirements
- This job role shall report to his manager periodically & work with BA
- Project manager also undertake any assignments given by reporting manager from time-to-time.
