- RAID managemant - Risk, Issues, Assumption, Dependency Management

- Managing weekly and monthly Governance - Influencing project decisions, Tracking & Reporting progress. Ability to develop effective governance frameworks

- Benefits tracking & realisation - Sound understanding and experience of how design enablers underpin business benefits

- Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners teams - change delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes

- Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills - Effective & Impactful communication along with coordination amongst globally distributed teams

- Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers and other stakeholders
