Experience : 8 - 25 yrs (Overall)

Role :

- Extensive program/ project planning and execution skills in managing large and complex change and transformation programs/projects

- Business case preparation, socialize with stakeholders, obtain approvals and seek budget. Proven project and modelling skills, to represent information in forms that enhance decision making and communications.

- Stakeholder Management

- Identifying the Risk, Issues, Assumption, Dependency Management

- Influencing project decisions, Tracking & Reporting progress. Ability to develop effective governance frameworks

- Sound understanding and experience of how design enablers underpin business benefits

- Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners teams

- Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills

- Achieving excellence through end Customer focus, effective delivery and innovation thinking

- Problem solving and Critical Thinking

- Ability to handle exceptional program scenarios in best possible approach.

- Strong academic record coupled to good problem solving skills and analytical mind-set very advantageous

- Self driven, and drive others towards project goals

- People management experience of managing transformation teams of PM/BA resources

- Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers and other stakeholders

- 8 plus years of Project Management experience in any Banking / Financial projects.

- PMP certified (Must)
