About the Project Manager- Awards Role:
- As the Project Manager for Awards, you will be responsible for managing the project end to end. This is a key role within the organization and requires a person who is engaged ith current affairs, forward-thinking, tenacious and able to commit to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement project - before the event, during the event and post-event.
- Help define Awards scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define tasks and required resources for increasing the number of Awards Applications.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- Identifying new business and increasing the reach to the wider audience.
- Writing and proofreading creative copy.
- Maintaining websites on a regular basis.
- Track deliverables on daily basis.
- Defining & Managing the Jury selection Process for Awards.
- Finding ways to measure Awards Applicant / Jury satisfaction and improve services.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Evaluate and assess result of project.
